Position Overview

• Locum tenens CRNA coverage in a care team model
• Practice includes a mix of surgery center and hospital-based cases

Clinical Scope

• Orthopedics, general surgery, GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, ENT, neuro (per site)

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida license (required at time of submission)
• Board certified CRNA
• ACLS and BLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience and ability to provide 24 months of case logs

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days
• Required credentialing documents as requested by the client team
