Job Description

Specialty: CRNA
Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
Schedule/Coverage: Beginning ASAC (Desired Start Date of AUG 3rd) for 6 months with the option to extend. Provider must also be open to taking call - 7 pm - 7 am on weeknights (one night per week) and 7 am - 7 am (24-hr) on weekends (every 5th weekend on average). Either am - am or am - am.
Case Mix: Heavy Ortho, General, Vascular, and Neuro cases. No Hearts, no OB, and no Peds.
Support Staff/Supervision: Medical supervision with occasional medical direction at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio
Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
Active FL License: Required to present
