• $0.40 - $0.45 per mile
• Detention pay per hour: $20 - $25
• Drop and hook per stop: $45
• Live load/unload per stop: $55
• Driver load/unload per stop: $45
• Hazmat per load: $20
• Refrigerated per load: $40
• Crosstown per load: $25
• Driver assist per load: $25
• Empty move per load: $25
• Empty search per hour: $20
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
• Mechanical tractor repositioning: $20
• Rail delay per hour: $20
• Refused delivery per load: $35
• Truck order not used: $20
• Waiting on truck per hour: $20
• Overweight rework per hour: $20
• Yard checks per hour: $20
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• Mandatory in-person roundtables and safety meetings per hour: $25
• New hire training pay per day: $200
• Holiday pay : $220 per day

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $81,000

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
