TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Richmond, VA. This position offers steady work, a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. A CDL-A driver experienced operating a straight truck.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start Time: 2:00 PM
• Home Time: Home Daily
• Pay: $27.00/hr
• Route Type: Local
• Coverage Area: Richmond, VA to Springfield, VA and back
• Freight Type: Linens in rolling carts
• Equipment: 53' Dry Van
• Handling: Driver unloads rolling carts at customer locations and reloads at the end of the day
• Stops Per Day: 1

• Valid CDL A (CDL B candidates with straight truck experience may be considered)
• Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable commercial driving experience
• Ability to operate a 53' dry van safely
• Automatic transmission available
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents within the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

• Safely operate a 53' dry van on local routes
• Transport linens in rolling carts while following DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Unload rolling carts at customer locations
• Reload equipment at the end of the day before returning
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries
