I have on the road direct hire (LCSW), (LPC), (LCPC) positions for mobile mental healthcare provider for seniors in long-term care communities in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed. Facilitate therapy groups and complete necessary assessments (e.g., CDAs) for insurance compliance. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain up-to-date documentation in the agency's EHR system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including facility staff, PMHNPs, PCPs, and other behavioral health professionals. Qualifications Active LCSW License in Idaho (Required). Must maintain licensure and remain in good standing throughout employment. Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
