Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)

Join our clinical team to provide compassionate, outcome-driven rehabilitation for diverse patient populations. We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to guide individuals through recovery, restore strength and movement, and help patients return to their daily routines pain-free.

Position Details

Status: Direct hire, full-time (40 hrs/week)
Shift: Standard day shift, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Location: Santa Cruz, CA clinic setting

Core Duties

Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations, establishing baseline mobility and defining realistic functional milestones.
Deliver targeted hands-on interventions, neuromuscular re-education, and progressive strengthening regimens tailored to individual needs.
Handle an outpatient schedule of roughly visits daily while upholding top-tier treatment quality.
Instruct clients and families on safe body mechanics, preventive wellness strategies, and home-based activity plans.
Complete daily notes, re-assessments, and billing entries inside the EHR system according to state practice acts and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate closely with orthopedic specialists, primary physicians, and allied health staff to ensure cohesive patient management.

Requirements & Skills

Current or eligible Physical Therapy licensure issued by the California Physical Therapy Board.
Strong diagnostic background with familiarity in modern manual techniques and exercise modalities.
Excellent interpersonal communication and prompt clinical charting skills.
