Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to licensed nurses. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and care provided. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care. Follow healthcare protocols and infection control procedures. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
