What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing new customer quotes

• Helping customers with policy updates and questions

• Answering and making calls (you've gotta like people!)

• Issuing proof of coverage

• Drafting emails that are clear and kind

• Filing claims and verifying coverage

• Logging service tasks and opportunities-because details matter
