Licensed Esthetician

ROLE:

As the Body Sculpting Consultant & Tech you will serve as the primary on-site professional responsible for launching and growing our newest location in a new market. This is a foundational role where you will support start-up operations, manage client experience, and actively build your own book of business. While inbound leads will be provided, this role also rewards initiative, with higher commission opportunities for self-generated clients. You will be supported by a proven business model, structured training (including required travel for onboarding and training), and ongoing leadership guidance. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client's body goals, lifestyle, and concerns.

Educate clients on the benefits and expectations of non-invasive treatments, including fat reduction, muscle toning, cellulite reduction, and lymphatic drainage.

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients by maintaining clear communication and setting realistic expectations.

Design customized treatment plans that align with client goals and drive the best possible results.

Effectively communicate treatment benefits and upsell packages to both new and returning clients.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques.

Maintain detailed records of client progress (measurements, photos) and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Implement strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.

Encourage referrals and positive client testimonials to grow the Iconic Spa client community.

Ensure a smooth scheduling process for all client treatments

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment that aligns with CryoLAB's high standards.

Stay informed on industry trends, new technology, and treatment advancements to enhance service offerings

Promote the brand outside of the spa to generate new clientele and build a book of business

Track personal sales performance, client retention rates, and treatment effectiveness, contributing to the overall success of the spa.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience in the aesthetics, health, or wellness industry preferred.

Background in massage therapy, cosmetology, or (esthetics preferred)

Strong customer service and sales experience with the ability to build relationships and close deals.

Passion for helping clients achieve their body goals while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Client Conversion Rate

40%+ of consultations result in a booked treatment package.

Revenue Performance

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets of $ through new sales, upsells, and cross-sells.

Client Retention Rate

25%+ of clients return for follow-up treatments or additional services after completing plan

Client Satisfaction & Reviews

4.8+ star average rating on Google/Yelp with at least 8 new positive reviews per month and 4+ client referrals per month.

Appointment Utilization Rate

80%+ of available appointment slots are booked and utilized effectively to maximize efficiency and revenue after 3 months of opening

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $25 per hour after training.

Commission Structure:

10% commission on all new sales generated by internal marketing efforts.

15% commission on all new sales generated through your personal referral and client acquisition efforts.

Potential Earnings: Up to $90,000 per year with salary, commission, and bonuses.
