Job Description

Our law firm client in Jacksonville is seeking a dependable and professional Temporary Legal Secretary / Receptionist to support the office during an interim coverage assignment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced legal environment and is comfortable handling front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and client communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage front desk reception duties and office appearance
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
  • Scan, file, and organize legal and administrative documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
  • Assist with data entry and general office projects
Qualifications:
  • Previous legal secretary, administrative assistant, or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
Assignment Details:
  • Fully onsite in Jacksonville, FL
  • Monday-Friday business hours
  • Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 8-10 weeks
  • Immediate start preferred

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per year
