We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team. This individual will focus on marketing and leasing our portfolio of apartments, townhomes, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for real estate and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Market available properties through online listings, social media, signage, and community outreach
• Conduct property tours and respond promptly to leasing inquiries
• Process applications, screen tenants, and prepare lease documents
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs in collaboration with maintenance and management
• Maintain detailed records of leads, showings, and lease activity
• Assist in developing creative marketing strategies to increase occupancy and retention
• Represent Prime Management professionally to prospective and current tenants
