Lead Performance Testing Engineer

Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr Job Overview: Experience in Performance Testing/Engineering, with strong expertise in Apache JMeter and enterprise-scale performance validation. Preferred Skills: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or high-volume transaction systems is preferred. Detailed Job Description: Design and lead performance testing strategy, frameworks, standards, and best practices across applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, volume, and capacity testing to ensure application reliability and performance. Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous performance monitoring and optimization. Analyze application, database, infrastructure, and network performance to identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements. Utilize cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, or AppDynamics. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Performance Engineering, Capacity Planning, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Root Cause Analysis, and Performance Tuning in distributed and cloud-native environments.
