Lead Oracle EPM

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM professional with at least seven years of hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering end-to-end implementations, application enhancements, and cloud migrations. As a Lead Oracle EPM, you will serve as a functional and technical expert across Company's financial planning and reporting platforms. You will analyze business requirements, contribute to solution design, perform hands-on application development, lead system initiatives, and provide ongoing production support. This role partners closely with FP&A, Tax, Human Resources, Technology, and other business functions to deliver scalable solutions for financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, allocations, and management reporting. The successful candidate must be able to translate complex business needs into sustainable system solutions while leading initiatives and coordinating work across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources. This is a hybrid position based in Purchase, New York. Minimal travel of approximately 5% may be required. During critical financial-processing periods, the role may also require after-hours or on-call support.
