Lead MIG Welder / Layout

We are seeking three year minimum experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This position requires a dependable, motivated individual with strong fabrication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities:

• Perform Layout and MIG welding on a variety of steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Understand and follow welding symbols and shop drawings
• Fit, fabricate, and assemble parts to specification
• Maintain quality standards and safe work practices
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Proven MIG welding experience - able to weld 5/16" single pass or multiple pass dual shield
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols IS A MUST
• Strong measuring and layout skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Layout and weld
• Certified GMAW/MIG
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge
