Lead Construction Superintendent

val jobDescription = Our client is looking for a Lead Superintendent to run projects across the Baltimore and DC area. This general contractor is growing and needs someone who can take full ownership of a project from planning through closeout, while building strong relationships with owners, trade partners, and the field team. Lead Superintendent Responsibilities: - Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout - Develop, manage, and communicate project schedules, including CPM schedules, three-week look-aheads, and recovery plans - Direct daily coordination with subcontractors and trade partners to keep work moving safely and efficiently - Own jobsite safety and quality, including inspections, quality control, and corrective action - Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents and field team members through coaching and feedback Lead Superintendent Requirements: - Experience leading multifamily residential or senior living experience - Minimum of 5 full projects led from start to finish - Experience managing multifamily projects in the $15M to $20M+ range - Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented approach - OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications
