Lead CNC Programmer

Our client in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Lead CNC Programmer - Machinist that will maximize the capabilities of our CNC lathes through high level programming and setup. - Utilize Esprit or Mastercam software to program our CNC lathes to meet our customer's part specifications. - Set-up CNC lathes in a manner which enables the machine to produce precision parts consistently. - Keep CNC lathes running optimally. Job Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of experience programming and setting up CNC lathes. - Proficiency with Esprit CAM software (or similar CNC programming platforms). - Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills. - Extensive knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials. - Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools accurately. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
