This opportunity is based in the firm's Princeton office. In addition to its broad employment counseling and litigation work, the firm has developed a focused niche representing financial services clients in arbitration and related matters. This includes cases involving restrictive covenants, noncompete and non-solicitation agreements, employee mobility, and regulatory arbitration proceedings. Due to increased demand in this area, the firm is looking to add an associate with 1-4 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Employment litigation Restrictive covenant disputes FINRA arbitrations Noncompete and non-solicitation agreements Drafting and negotiation of employment or severance agreements Candidates must be licensed to practice in New Jersey; additional bar admissions are considered a plus.
