Labeling Specialist - R&D / Technical Documentation

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (100% Onsite) Duration: 6 12 Months Standard Business Hours (flexible scheduling: 8a-5p, 7a-4p, etc) What is the client looking for? Someone who can create, update, and manage product labels using labeling software while ensuring all labeling and technical documents are accurate and follow quality standards. Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with ANY labeling software (BarTender, Prisym, NiceLabel, EasyLabel, Label Creator, or similar). Specific tools are preferred, NOT mandatory. Experience with change control and documentation. Strong attention to detail. Good-to-Have Skills: Medical device or regulated manufacturing industry experience. Zebra label printers. Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). CAD / SolidWorks. Knowledge of GMP/QSR and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: Create, modify, and review product labels. Manage labeling changes and maintain documentation. Support label printing, verification, and production implementation. Update SOPs, work instructions, and technical documents. Work with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams. Education: Degree or equivalent practical experience. Important: Medical device experience is preferred, not mandatory.
