Salary:$60,000 $70,000 + Quarterly Bonus


Schedule: Approximately 50 hours per week

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily back-of-house operations and inspire your kitchen team.
  • Coach, train, and develop cooks into future leaders.
  • Ensure every plate meets quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Manage food cost, labor, inventory, ordering, and overall kitchen profitability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe operation.
  • Partner with restaurant leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead from the front by supporting the team during busy service periods.


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or other back-of-house leadership experience.
  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food cost, labor management, inventory, and kitchen operations.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with urgency and professionalism.
