Junior Sales Account Executive - Logistics Freight Brokerage

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• High volume outbound calling/emailing to follow up on email campaigns - every contact is "warm"!
• Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service and communication for customers
• Utilize CRM software to track prospecting activities

Requirements:

• Industry experience preferred, but not required
• College degree preferred, but not required
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to steer a conversation, rather than "recite a script"
• Experience with Sales CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc preferred, but not required
• High level task and time management capabilities
• The ability and desire to work autonomously while accepting accountability for performance. This is a HUNTER role for someone with a big appetite and an outstanding work ethic. Own your paycheck and success!
• Must be located in Charlotte, NC area
