Job Details We are looking to add a junior-level Preconstruction professional to support budgeting, estimating, and project planning efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4-7 years of construction experience who has been exposed to preconstruction and wants to continue growing their career on that side of the business. Candidates may come from a preconstruction, estimating, project engineering, or construction operations background. Key Responsibilities: Assist with conceptual and detailed project budgets. Support quantity takeoffs, estimating, and subcontractor outreach. Participate in design reviews, cost analysis, and value engineering efforts. Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Track pricing trends, market conditions, and subcontractor proposals. Help prepare budget presentations and preconstruction deliverables. Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience in commercial construction. Some preconstruction, estimating, or budgeting experience required. Open to candidates coming from Project Engineer, Assistant PM, or operations backgrounds. Strong communication and organizational skills. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Healthcare project experience is a plus but not required.
