Job Description
The Jr. Business Process Analyst reports to the Business Process Manager and partners closely with cross functional teams to improve end to end business processes-driving better business outcomes through greater efficiency and effectiveness. The role supports Client' digital transformation and ongoing continuous improvement by gathering, analysing, and documenting current-state practices; facilitating workshops to clarify needs; and creating proposals and plans to translate ambiguity into clear scope, measurable objectives, and actionable recommendations. This position is onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
