Experienced Journeyman Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Journeyman Electrician to assist with and/or lead commercial and/or residential electrical projects in the Austin area.

An active TDLR Journeyman Electrician license in good standing is required.

Requirements:

• Must live in the Austin area
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lead and manage a crew of 4-6 technicians
• Verifiable work history and license credentials
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following company direction

Preferred Experience Includes:

• Commercial and/or residential new construction
• Pipe bending
• Job layout and planning
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Panel installations
• Pulling wire
• Fixture installation
• Switchgear installation
• Rough-in work
• General electrical troubleshooting and installation

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead field crews
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality workmanship and production schedules
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members
