Position Overview
Copper Crest Electric is seeking a highly experienced, California Certified Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded electrician with strong field expertise in both commercial and residential environments, who can also contribute to client communication and light sales when needed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, operates with professionalism, and represents the company well on every job site.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across residential and commercial electrical systems
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications accurately
• Manage job sites independently while maintaining safety and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and project managers
• Identify opportunities for additional work and confidently present solutions to clients
• Ensure all work complies with California electrical codes and safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Qualifications:

• Valid California Journeyman Electrician Certification (required)
• 10+ years of electrical experience in both residential and commercial work
• Experience interacting with clients and selling electrical services is highly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and courteous personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
