Janitor

Janitor / Facilities Maintenance Associate Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly? We are looking for a dependable Janitor / Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility while supporting day-to-day maintenance needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative, and works well independently. What You'll Be Doing: • Maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and organized condition • Perform routine janitorial and housekeeping duties throughout the building • Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and other janitorial machines • Help ensure a safe working environment by following proper cleaning and safety procedures • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns as needed • Complete miscellaneous facility maintenance tasks as assigned • Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when required What We're Looking For: • Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred • Ability to work independently and stay organized with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly • Comfortable operating janitorial equipment and cleaning machinery • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Basic math and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED preferred • 5+ years of janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred Why Join Us? • Stable opportunity with a growing team • Hands-on role with variety in your day-to-day work • Opportunity to make a direct impact by helping maintain a clean and safe workplace
