You'll gain exposure across investment operations, money markets, banking, accounting, data, and process automation while working closely with experienced members of the team. Job Details Principal Responsibilities Reference data administration across downstream applications Analyze manual tasks and implement automation solutions Review and analyze transactional data for regulatory reporting General Ledger account calendar administration at month and quarter end Bank portal administration Verification and settlement of monthly bank fees Bank and Custody account statement management for audit Manage daily money market processing automation Reconcile money market investments cash and positions and resolve any breaks Coordinate and liaise with business partners (prime brokers, auditors, administrators, vendors, financing banks, etc.) Communicate across firm departments regarding transactions, financing, process improvements, reporting, etc. Analyze data and operational risk and create appropriate SOX compliant controls Maintain relevant vendor applications Requirements Undergraduate degree 2 years minimum of relevant Operations experience Strong background in Excel Experience with Geneva (GL), Power BI, Alteryx, Python, VBA, SQL, Bloomberg strongly preferred Knowledge of money market products preferred but not required Project management experience a plus Must be a team player/collaborator, take ownership/pride in work, and be an excellent communicator Highly organized and detail-oriented Must be motivated, adaptable, and proactive Interested in hearing more?
