Job Location: Remote, Corporate Office located in Westminster, CO Start Date: April 2026 Duration: 6-7 months Hourly Pay Rate: $70-$80/hour
Job Summary:
Our client in manufacturing is looking to bring on a temporary resource to support our international tax compliance work this summer. Ideally, the candidate should have a strong command of U.S. international tax rules (Subpart F, GILTI, FTCs, Form 5471, etc.) and be very comfortable using Corptax for compliance and reporting. If you have someone with that background available in the near term, I'd love to discuss further.
Key Role Details:
Urgency: The internal international tax team (3 people) is currently focused on an IRS audit, creating a backlog in compliance work. This consultant will be critical in the success of the audit, and continuance of daily operations
Core Responsibilities: Preparation and review of Form 5471 filings using Corptax. While the team is available for questions, they are not in a position to train someone on Corptax or U.S. international tax compliance.
Required Expertise:
Strong experience with Form 5471 and Corptax
Solid understanding of foreign tax credits, GILTI, and allocation rules
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Alteryx is a plus (used for pulling data from the warehouse)
Experience with intercompany HR transactions and data analysis
Additional Notes:
Approximately 200 returns need to be completed
Most data is already entered in Corptax; workpapers are well-organized
