Intermodal Customer Service Rep

Endpoint Truck Service is seeking an experienced Intermodal Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in our intermodal transportation business in St. Louis, Missouri.

This full-time, in-office role plays a vital part in customer communication, appointment scheduling, and administrative support within our logistics operation. Candidates must have prior experience in the intermodal and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Phone & Customer Communication

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries
• Direct calls to appropriate personnel

Scheduling & Coordination

• Organize and set appointments
• Coordinate administrative tasks related to operations
• Ensure timely follow-up on scheduled appointments

Clerical & Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate filing systems
• Perform general clerical duties
• Support team productivity through organized documentation

Intermodal Operations Support

• Apply intermodal industry experience to daily workflows
• Support logistics planning and coordination

Education

• GED or equivalent required

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the intermodal or logistics industry particularly in customer service

Skills

• Strong clerical and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and professionalism
• Proficiency in office software and telephone systems
• Attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000-$65,000 annual salary (Depending on Experience)
