Integration Technician

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two (2) years of security industry experience. (preferred)
Possess ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
Mechanically inclined.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time (3+ hours at a time).
Ability to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and mechanical lifts at heights of 60+ feet.
Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms.
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

JOB-SPECIFIC DUTIES/COMPETENCIES
Collaborative Project Execution:
Partner with Project Managers to effectively coordinate and finalize projects and work
orders.

Adaptability in Diverse Environments:
Operate in varied settings, including indoor/outdoor environments, diverse weather conditions, and
various professional settings such as construction sites or active business premises.

Security Product Installation and Maintenance:
Install, repair, and maintain a comprehensive range of security-related products, including locks, access
control systems, surveillance cameras, gates, vehicle barriers, security systems, and IT networks.

Technical Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic security hardware systems, along with basic security software
issues.
Equipment Fabrication:
Fabricate specialized equipment to bolster the security infrastructure as required.
Networking Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in basic networking fundamentals to support security system integration.
Equipment Handling:
Utilize a diverse array of tools and instruments, ranging from heavy construction equipment to precision
technical tools, for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of security systems and components.

Quality Assurance and Cleanliness:
Conduct thorough inspections and cleaning of work areas and client devices during installations and
service engagements to uphold quality standards.

Customer Satisfaction:
Execute project and service calls meticulously to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term
client relationships.
