Inside Sales Expeditor Location: Spalding County, GA area Pay: $20-$24 per hour Join an established manufacturer of framing products in a customer-focused role that keeps sales orders, pricing, and shipments moving efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working with customers, coordinating details, and supporting a fast-paced sales team. Job Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and process 30-50 customer quotes daily using pricing files, product information, and internal systems. Support Inside and Outside Sales with pricing, order processing, customer communications, and follow-up. Coordinate shipments, returns, pricing credits, and communication between customers, sales, production, shipping, and accounting. Help maximize truckloads and minimize freight costs while maintaining accurate records and providing backup customer service support. Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or GED, with two or more years of related experience or training. Strong customer service, telephone communication, and organizational skills. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general data entry. Basic math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, measurements, and Excel calculations. Preferred Skills & Experience Previous inside sales, sales support, order processing, or expediting experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Familiarity with product pricing, shipping logistics, and coordinating orders across multiple departments.
