The role of the Infastructure Help Desk Support will be to ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests related to hardware, network and software. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. The goal is to minimize the need to get non-helpdesk I.S. personnel involved. Requirements: 2-year Degree in Computer Systems or equivalent work experience. Microsoft Software technical knowledge as well as PC Hardware experience. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Marten Transport, Ltd.
