Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

• 1st: 6am-2:15pm
• 2nd: 2pm-10:15pm
• 3rd: 10pm-6:15am

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production lines. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing our mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• strong troubleshooting skills (Mechanical, Pneumatic, Electrical, Hydraulic).
• Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Performance: Drive OEE improvements and equipment reliability through proactive troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Swiftly resolve issues with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical (including PLC), and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Manage Workflow: Prioritize urgent tasks, maintain tools, and manage spare parts efficiently to keep production lines running smoothly.
• Collaborate & Grow: Work with team members to co-create a positive culture, support continuous improvement projects, and uphold safety standards.
