Industrial Electrician

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team. This position is ideal for someone with electrical training or limited industrial experience who is looking to develop their skills in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will assist with troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical equipment and production machinery while working alongside experienced maintenance personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues on production equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors (Different transmission systems), electrical panels, industrial equipment.
• Install and replace electrical components, sensors, switches, relays, and motors.
• Support repairs of three-phase electrical systems.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and electrical safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities and completed work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years of industrial/commercial electrical experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, and controls.
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
