• HVAC experience, particularly in how to evacuate and charge HVAC systems.
• Weigh and dump refrigerants
• Developing new systems to determine how much refrigerants are needed, how much is used, lots of testing and collaborating with engineers.
• Ability to operate a lab - will be working independently
• Interact with engineers and technicians
• Keep inventory of materials in their lab - ownership of the lab
