Pickles Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
• Install HVAC components and accessories as needed.
• Complete work orders accurately using company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have your own basic hand tools.
