HVAC Service Technician

The HVAC Service Technician plays a vital role as a team member reporting directly to the Service Manager, responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC systems. This position involves local travel and operates primarily during standard business hours, ensuring all work meets safety and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately
• Conduct repairs to restore system functionality and performance
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate effectively with team members and report progress to the Service Manager
• Travel locally to various work sites as required
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication during service calls

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Proficiency in HVAC system troubleshooting
• Strong electrical knowledge related to HVAC systems
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Strict adherence to safety compliance
• Excellent problem-solving ability
