HVAC Service Technician

Icon Air, Inc. (owned by CBH Homes) is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Treasure Valley.

You will be part of a team that holds each other to high standards and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: DOE
Hours: MondayFriday, 7:00am5:00pm (varies), with an on-call rotation shared among technicians

Requirements

• Diagnose issues and determine proper materials needed for each job
• Maintain required stock and organization in company vehicle
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
• Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and communicate updates to dispatch after each job
• Keep assigned company vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid drivers license
• HVAC license or willingness to obtain Journeyman certification
• EPA Certification preferred
