Key Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Service Technician, your role is to provide high-quality service and maintenance while ensuring customers feel valued and informed.

Diagnose, Repair, & Maintain HVAC Systems - Identify issues accurately and perform expert repairs and maintenance

Educate & Advise Customers - Recommend system upgrades, efficiency improvements, and service plans tailored to their needs

Ensure Quality & Safety - Follow industry best practices and company procedures to complete each job professionally

Deliver World-class Service - Provide a five-star experience that builds trust and satisfaction

What we need from you:

Experience in Residential HVAC - Light commercial experience is a plus!

Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills

Excellent Customer Service & Communication - You listen, understand, and educate customers

Professional Image & Work Ethic - You take pride in your appearance and performance

Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record

Ability to Lift 60 lbs. & Work in Various Conditions - Crawl spaces, attics, platforms and rooftops included

Ability to Pass a Background Check & Drug Test
