What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems.
• Build value by recommending right-fit upgrades (IAQ, system replacements, airflow fixes, controls).
• Educate homeowners in plain language so they can make smart decisions today.
• Document clearly in the field app; follow safety and code requirements.
• Protect the brand: tidy work areas, professional appearance, and five-star service on every call.

• Accurate same-day diagnostics and first-visit resolutions whenever possible.
• Strong conversion on Comfort Club opportunities and recommended upgrades.

What You Bring

• 2+ years as an HVAC Service Tech (residential preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting chops across split systems & heat pumps; IAQ familiarity a plus.
• Confident, customer-friendly communicator who educates-never pressures.
