Identify and report potential issues to customers, explaining recommended solutions clearly and honestly. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, professional, and reliable service. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician. Knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. EPA certification (preferred). Clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check.
