HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning coils, replacing belts, lubricating motors, changing air filters).
• Inspect and test HVAC electrical components, refrigerant pressures, and motors to detect potential issues before they cause failures.
• Perform minor repairs, such as tightening connections, replacing belts, and adjusting system controls.
• Complete detailed service records, maintenance checklists, and inspection reports.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and EPA regulations regarding refrigerant handling.
• Communicate with clients regarding system performance, maintenance recommendations, and repairs.

This position will be training to become a technician

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and work in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in HVAC maintenance or repair, would be preferred
