BeeHive Pros is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead with a Refrigeration Contractor License to lead HVAC service and installation projects throughout Massachusetts. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality work in both commercial and residential environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC service and installation crews
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Install, maintain, and service:
• Rooftop units (RTUs)
• Split systems
• Heat pumps
• Mini-splits
• Commercial refrigeration equipment
• Walk-in coolers and freezers
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans
• Ensure work complies with local codes and safety regulations
• Train and mentor HVAC Technicians and apprentices
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and project managers
• Complete service reports and project documentation accurately
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractor License
• EPA Universal Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Previous leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
