HVAC Lead Installer

We are seeking a dependable full-time HVAC Lead Installer to manage residential and light commercial installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductless units, boilers, and rooftops. This role involves overseeing small teams of 1-3 workers and ensuring installations meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate must hold an EPA refrigerant license and maintain a good driving record, with occasional local travel involved.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise small installation teams (1-3 workers)
• Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, ductless units, boilers, and rooftops
• Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance on all jobs
• Interact professionally with customers to address questions and concerns
• Maintain a good driving record while traveling to job sites locally

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• EPA Refrigerant License and expertise in refrigerant handling
• Proficiency in HVAC installation and blueprint reading
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Effective time management and safety compliance
