HVAC Installer

Innovative Air Heating and AC is a small family owned and run business and we are looking for a installer who will play a crucial role in ensuring residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and function efficiently. This position involves both independent and team-based work across various residential project sites, requiring regular travel to and from job locations. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong customer interaction skills and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential settings
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Perform routine maintenance on installed systems
• Engage and communicate effectively with customers
• Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance standards
• Travel regularly to various project sites

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with HVAC system installation
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
