HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation
• Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and ductwork to new and replacement HVAC equipment
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation
• Collaborate with team members and communicate job progress with supervisors and customers
• Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards on every job
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure all tools and equipment are properly handled

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and electrical components
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor environments
