Here are the requirements for this HVAC Installer role:

• 1+ years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry or a related field
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job
• Sales and customer satisfaction experience
• Basic understanding of technology
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Professional presentation and the ability to connect with customers
• Patient and diplomatic employee with conflict-resolution skills
• Must be local
