HVAC Foreman & Lead Installer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC foreman and lead installer to oversee commercial HVAC construction projects from award through closeout. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of HVAC projects, including scheduling, client communication, and project execution. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Support field operations by coordinating manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable codes.
• Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and cost impacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, sheet metal, piping, controls, and mechanical construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience managing project and scheduling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Design-Build and Plan-and-Spec projects.
• Knowledge of construction drawings
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
