HVAC Facilities Maintenance Technician

HVAC Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and other plant systems during the overnight shift Respond to equipment and building system breakdowns, and operate and maintain compressors, elevators, chillers, generators, and related equipment Conduct nightly facility walkthroughs to identify safety hazards, leaks, equipment issues, and perform minor building repairs as needed Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders, follow all safety protocols, and communicate ongoing issues with day-shift facilities staff Required Skills & Experience: 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related field Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 4pm to 12:30am Proficient with hand tools and power tools Preferred Skills & Experience: Trade school or technical certification is a plus Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
