HVAC Controls Technician

We're looking for an HVAC controls technician with at least 2 years of experience.

Position Responsibilities:

You will be working as a Controls Technician in the HVAC Building Automation field. The control system you'll be learning and working with is WebCTRL, by Automated Logic.

Normal tasks include:

• Job site visits / get status updates from sub contractors
• Install control devices on equipment
• Terminate control wiring at devices.
• Make up all terminations in our control panels.
• Point commissioning and checkout
• VFD programming / startup
• Controls troubleshooting / repair

Required skills:

• Understanding / following control logic
• Comprehending control drawings, wiring schematics, project blueprints, etc
• Understand control sequences for common HVAC systems
• Good communication skills / work well with others
• Ability to work from a ladder, and from heights on a lift if needed (all proper safety equipment and training will be provided).

You also must have a valid driver's license, and be able to legally work in MO and IL.

While in your probationary period you will be riding with our other technicians, with the intent of getting you into your own company vehicle.

Some travel will be required, at which times food and lodging costs will be covered.
