Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home HVAC sales consultations
- Present good/better/best system options
- Design and recommend HVAC solutions based on homeowner needs
- Build trust and close sales professionally
- Follow up on leads and maintain pipeline
Requirements:
- 2+ years HVAC sales OR in-home sales experience
- Strong closing and communication skills
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Experience as a Comfort Advisor
- Familiarity with financing options
- Manual J knowledge (a plus)
